Flores tourism infrastructure is still in the early stages,so we expect you to understand for the situation,condition and facilities in flores especially accomodation and restaurant. All the tours we offer are privat tour so we do not serve any kind of sharing tour and most of the tour are type of a adventure tour. You can also directly discuss with us through our personal contact (Email,whataspp or facebook) if you are not interested with the itenerary that we display on the website in order to be adjusted with your personal appea
Reservation & Booking
Reservation can be done by filling out the booking form or directly by email and will be processed within 24 hours.
Payment & Transaction
If there is an agreement with the tour packages that we offer then you are required to make down payment via bank transfer or paypal account and for repayment must be paid before the tour begins. Down payment can not be refunded in case of cancelation from tour participant within 29 days before arrival. Any changes according to the agreement made by the participants during the tour will not be our responsibility and all payment will not refunded.
Insurance
Tour participant are expected to provide your own travel insurance because we do not provide any kind of travel insurance. We are not responsible for any kind of accidents during the tour and any kind of obstacle such us bad weather,landslides,or things that are beyond our control
